•   You may apply with a category name to be informed about the prices and sizes. We would send you the detailed images of the rugs in our collection.
•   For mainland European Countries, U.S and CANADA, We do provide tax and duty free delivery  with FEDEX  in 5 to 8 days.
•    Risk of your denial of the rugs completely belongs to us, because of a faulty product or not meeting your request.
•    Your money will be fully refunded back to your bank account in the following week.
•    This rule is only applicable in the following one month period of time after the receiving of the rug or rugs.
•    The insurance cost of the rug's delivery will be paid by us.
•    Fedex delivery date will be the proof our our return policy statement.
•    You may wish to have your rug or rugs to be changed or exchanged with others  within  that one month period of time.
•   Replacing act  is not a free of charge service, but you would only  pay the delivery charges
•   Every rug comes along with the certificate. For the future reference, you can prove the originality of your Turkish rug.
